Chef Phet designed Simple Thai Green Curry Instructions (For 2-3 people)

 

Thank you for purchasing our DIY meal kit! We designed this to be a simple way for you to have a hands-on experience cooking some your favourite Thai dishes. We at Social Thai all have fond memories of preparing delicious meals with those that we love, and we hope that this experience will bring a little joy into your daily routine.

 

Preparation steps:

  1. Pour the green curry (#1), meat (#2), and vegetables (#3) into a medium size pot and bring to a boil. 
  2. Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes. You can sample the veggies to taste.
  3. Throw in fresh Thai basil (#4) 
  4. Serve with steamed jasmine rice (#5)
  5. Add in some roasted Thai chili powder for some extra spice. 

 

Feel free to add in any other vegetables in your fridge. Be creative!
